Wishing to host again anyone being here in the past, we will be pleased to meet and welcome new Guests, Families, Young Couples or Group of Friends.
In the meantime, we've created our Instagram/ID (in addiction to the existing FB page), we reached new deal with some Digital Partner and we are in process of renovating some flats ... thus, very soon, we will be able to complete our offer also including a Deluxe/Suite apartment option for You special needs.

Le Colonnine started some renovation works. One of our first floor flat will soon be completely renewed and ready to be presented in its wonderful deluxe configuration to all Our Guest wishing to choose for a suite option.
2020 June2nd/ Official Rules for Holiday in Sardinia
Finally with Today's Ordinance, Regional Authorities present the easy rules to come to Sardinia for this 2020 Summer.
In addition to normal documentation (ID's, etc) any person will be requested to provide a very simple registration to declare his/her arrival to Sardinia.
This pre-registration can be done through website (www.regione.sardegna.it) and/or via App/SardegnaSicura (see the link) :

As of Today, Our Mayor Mr Mannironi confirms that all our wonderful beaches will be normally avalable for the incoming Summer Season... So, here we are, waiting for You all !!!

2020, May20th/ Holiday in Sardinia now ready to go (from Jun 3rd on...)
According to Italian Authorities, all movements among different regions will be now allowed, strarting from June 3rd.

I have been 2 times here and both times everything was perfect. Beautiful and clean flats, strategic location to move on foot to any destination. Fabulous garden. Residencxe is run by wonderful people, romina and roberto have made us feel at home with their super kindness and availability. Really recommended to everybody.
