Le Colonnine is our Property - totally managed by our Family - in the wonderful location of San Teodoro, one of the most famous and popular destinations in Sardinia, belonging to the North_Eastern Coast of the marvellous island.
The Property is located in a very strategic position, being really next to La Cinta beach (less than 500 meters) but also few minutes walking distance from the town center, where you can find anything you need, shops, bar, markets, pubs, restaurants, pharmacies, clubs and nightlife, including fun and entertainments,
Le Colonnine is made up of few different appartments, recently built and well furnished, providing all necessary equipment and comforts for you holidays.
In details, each flat is however equipped of private bathroom with shower box and bidet, living room with kitchenette, gifted of all cooking tools and utensils. Flats always offer television, washing machine, WiFi connection for standard internet surfing.
Flats are at ground floor or first floor and are all surrounded by the wonderful residence garden, daily managed and cared of by the family.
Bbq, English garden and common space are always available for Our Guests.
Porperty is safe place, where people can live and spend time relaxing and socializing, also allowing kids to play free enjoying anytime.
Outside each single flat, Property offers a lot of free areas where Guests can also find a their private car park, some external showers (no hot water for external), a shared barbecue with even a wood-burning oven, tables, chairs, sunbeds.
Each flat disposes of one or two private entries, a piece of private garden with veranda (for the apartments at ground floor) or a big comfortable and livable terrace with sun curtains (for the solutions at first floor).
We are a small property full of lovable welcoming where our Family personally manage the business. It's us who welcoming our Guests, it's us who take care about you during your holidays and stay and it's us who give you assistance in case of need.
Our family lives next to the Property, so to ensure a prompt and fast assistance and help.
