Our rates always include : 

• charges for consumption for utilities (electricity, gas, water) up until 4 guests per appartment 
• use of Tv-set, including satellite where available
• use of WiFi for standard internet connections (not suitable for Tv On Demand or similar)
• use of extrernal barbecue and (when available) wood-burning oven
  
• use of washing machine
• use of iron and iron board

• charges for final cleaning (mandatory as additional cost of € 80 per apartment)
• charges for air conditioning (optional, to be switched on, if available, on request)
• tourist tax, according to San Teodoro Authorities
• anything else not specified in the explicit list “rates always include”
  

  
  

  EXTRAS  will be quoted individually, after request and availabilty check (baby-cot, baby-chair, etc.)
  

  
  Long stays :  for stays longer than 21 nights, possible special discount on standard rates are applied, depending on prices and period.
  
  Car Parking : some parking spaces are available inside the Property and can be booked on request up until sold out. Price for the parking is Eur 10/per day or Eur 50/per week.
  Next to the Property (less than 10/150mt) some car parkings are available free of charge.
